Molly Blue pencil 404A

The left half of this picture was originally drawn as a background for the last panel on page 403. The date palm trunk and trees to the right of it were two separate drawings added to the background. Paris and Rome were newly-drawn for this scene, the other figures recycled. Molly, Rupert, Pina, Freud, Muki, and part of the waterfall cliffs, were ink lines lifted from previous finished pages. Molly was slightly adjusted to carry the fish and look up toward the dates. So this image is a composite of about twelve separate drawings.
