In re: panel 4
I recall an episode of "Are you being served AGAIN?" a sequel to a hit British sitcom. The hotel staff were interviewing applicants for unfilled positions at the hotel -whose original staff all quit due to Mr. Rumbold's inept management. One man staggered all over the room with a tea tray in demonstrating his skills as a waiter, and explained his bizarre performance as having been a waiter in the dining car of a train. He needed the motion of the train !
Needless to say the applicants were all found quite UNsatisfactory and, due to Mr. Rumbold's inept advertizing of openings at the hotel (a card on a window), there were only 2-3 applicants. This was by no means the only instances of such poor management and WORDS were often exchanged .
In the end ,the current staff had to fill these positions themselves. Hardships because the hot water didn't heat itself and they had to do everything that their homes automatically provided...
